The City of Louisville and Nimishillen Township in Stark County have approximately 3,050 students. These students are taught by 165 certified teachers and have access to guidance counselors, psychologists, speech therapists and other resource personnel. The district is served by a central office staff providing ongoing programs and services.

Current enrollment totals 269 students in grades K-2 and 43 students in the PreK classes. In addition to computers in each classroom, North Nimishillen offers a networked computer lab and an emphasis on an integrated approach to language arts. Extracurricular activities like sports, band and Kids Korus are also part of this excellent school.

Current enrollment totals just over 700 students in grades sixth, seventh and eighth with an average classroom size of 25 students. All students are enrolled in a nine week computer laboratory course in all three grades. Louisville Middle School stresses an interdisciplinary curriculum. This school also offers a gifted program and special education services.

Serves the ninth, tenth, eleventh and twelfth grade students in the Louisville district. We are proud to have many National Merit Scholars, outstanding band and choir programs, a nationally recognized speech team and competitive athletic teams. Louisville High School students have the opportunity to attend several vocational education offerings through R.G. Drage Career Center in addition to the outstanding curriculum on campus. It is a credit to these programs that approximately two-thirds of our graduates attend institutions of higher education.
- ST. LOUIS PAROCHIAL SCHOOL

Chartered by the State of Ohio for grades K-8 and has a total school enrollment of 225. The average student to teacher ratio is 25:1. St. Louis is the oldest Catholic school in the Diocese of Youngstown, serving our area since 1852. The basic curriculum of our school has been enhanced with a computer lab and state-of-the-art science lab.
- ST. THOMAS AQUINAS HIGH SCHOOL

Exists to provide a quality education for all students regardless of religion, race, or ethnic background. The school is operated by the Diocese of Youngstown and is chartered by the State of Ohio as a comprehensive high school. Almost 4,000 students have graduated from our school in its 31 years of service and over 90 percent of these graduates have gone on to college or further education.
