Constitution Committee Elects New Officers

The Louisville Constitution Committee at a special meeting held January 25, 2007, elected Peggy Howald President, Raeann Guiley Vice President, Tracy Skelton Secretary and Eric Gibbs Treasurer.   

President Howald thanked the Committee for placing their confidence in the new Executive Committee and assured them that she will lead the Committee to the best of her ability in order to make it a stronger Corporation.  

Meetings will be held on the third Thursday of the month beginning in March at the Louisville Constitution Center , 1022 West Main Street at 5:30.  A special meeting will be held on February 8^th at 5:30.  Volunteers are needed to fill several committees.  

The dates for Constitution Week are September 8^th through the 17^th.  The theme selected for this year is “FREEDOM ISN’T FREE”.

Fundraising for the week’s events is underway.  The Louisville Eagles have once again stepped forward as the major sponsor.  Please become a sponsor of this community event.  We need everyone’s support.
